The view from my room was fine, thanks to its jungle surroundings. The Wi-Fi could be better and was spotty .

Best possible location to the Siaan Ka'an nature reserve, excellent staff, everything was perfect. Booked a room with ' garden view '. Climate control, a private safe and a mini fridge bar were much appreciated. Location: the hotel was close to tulum and tulum and the beach through other hotels. Zona Hotelera district was worth exploring. We had pleasant 5 days here, would recomand.

We had a great time. Had essentials needed in the double room, including tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable with advice and suggestions. That hotel was in a perfect and easy location, on a bike or by taxi. It was right at Maresias, where you can have dinner❤

Beautifully designed spaces and effective air conditioning.

The room we were given had rusty furniture and mold on the walls. Wi-Fi was practically unusable. The constant noise from neighboring generators turned what should have been a relaxing getaway into a frustrating ordeal.

overall it was brand-new and fashionable with comfortable beds. a mini bar, a coffee/tea maker, and a dining area were there too. the staff members were affable and superfriendly.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds. Had an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a cooktop at our disposal.

Positive, Beautiful design, fantastic rooftop, and great jungle views. The air conditioning was super effective and appreciated after a hot day. Nice vibe with easy beach access across the street. Excellent coffee and food options nearby. The staff, especially Nico, were super helpful!

Facilities in the room were disappointing, with rusty furniture and mold on the walls. Noise from nearby generators was unbearable, and Wi-Fi barely worked. The shower had little water pressure, further detracting from the experience.

my stay was highlighted by the amazing access to very nice eateries like Sushiclub and other spots just a few steps away, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals and local vibes after strolling through Tulum's charming streets.

The atmosphere captures the essence of this magical place, with beautifully designed spaces and a rooftop that offers fantastic views. The staff were accommodating, especially Nico, who promptly addressed our needs and inquiries. Some inconveniences arose from the moderate quality of water supplied and the lack of beach amenities despite access to a nearby beach club. The room's air conditioning was effective, a relief given the heat outside.

The room was beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking lush greenery the air conditioning worked perfectly and the wifi was strong too the staff were helpful and recommended amazing spots nearby for food and drinks.

We stayed for 4 nights and the staff were really amazing.

It wasn't exactly cheap but, it was worth it for the experience.

The jungle view suite was spacious and super private, really loved how personal the staff was! I seemed like family instead of just another guest. Plus, it was conveniently located near a beach club across the street.

The mattress was a bit on the firm side, and the shower could use a little attentive water pressure.

the shower was a bit erratic with lukewarm water,, but the rooftop terrace was great for chilling. loved the gigantic fridge and fresh towels every few days. , super close to a beautiful beach club!
